If you are a first time user, create a hoopla account by clicking through to the hoopla site and selecting "Sign Up Now." When creating your account, enter your email address, a password and your library card number. (Our library does not use PIN numbers with hoopla.) If you are accessing with a tablet or smartphone, follow the instructions to download the free app compatible with your device. Enjoy!

NC LIVE is a free state-wide service providing access to searchable collections of magazine, newspaper, and journal articles, ebooks, historical materials, maps, and more. To access NC Live resources, you only need to select Orange County Library as your library, and enter your library card number.
