Weekly meditation sessions last 25 - 30 min with a simple relaxation technique and then a guided group meditation. The sessions are free of charge. These meditation techniques are effective and simple and it’s something that can easily integrate into one's life style without any disruption. The sessions are open to everyone irrespective of religion, nationality, personal beliefs or other demographics. No prior experience necessary.
