PUBLIC CHARGE
The Board of Commissioners pledges to the citizens of Orange County its respect. The Board asks its citizens to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, both with the Board and with fellow citizens. At any time should any member of the Board or any citizen fail to observe this public charge, the Chair will ask the offending person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the meeting until such time that a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed.

a.
Reappointment of County Review Officer for Plat Approval
The Board will consider approving the reappointment of a County review officer for approval of all surveys and plats recorded in Orange County.
b.
Watershed Best Management Practice Amendment
The Board will consider proposed language changes to the Orange County Zoning Ordinance regarding Best Management Practices (BMPs).
c.
Petition for Addition of Subdivision Roads to the State Maintenance Program: Mel-Oak Drive and Mel-Oaks Trail, Chapel Hill Township
The Board will consider adding two streets to the state-maintained secondary road system.
d.
Replacement of Deed of Trust -- Pine Hill Drive Bond Project
The Board will consider authorizing the Chair to execute documents necessary to release the deed of trust for the Pine Hill Drive bond project.

a.
Olive Branch Inn -- Class A Special Use Permit (SUP-A-1-01) S54 Historic Sites Non-residential/Mixed Use (8:10-8:30)
The Board will consider a class A special use permit to allow the Olive Branch Inn to operate as a bed and breakfast.
b.
Rural Guest Establishments Zoning Ordinance Amendments (8:30-8:45)
The Board will consider proposed rural guest establishment amendments to the County's zoning ordinance.
c.
Gold Mine Property -- Preliminary Plan (8:45-9:00)
The Board will consider a preliminary for the Gold Mine property in Bingham Township.
d.
Proposal to Amend Joint Planning Area Zoning Atlas for Homestead Site on Homestead Road (JPA-CH-Z-01) (9:00-9:20)
The Board will consider a request to amend the joint planning area (JPA) zoning atlas for the Homestead site on Homestead Road.
e.
Outstanding Budget and Capital Planning/Funding Issues Discussion (9:20-10:00)
The Board will continue a discussion regarding outstanding budget, capital planning and funding issues for the County and both school systems.
f.
Appointments (10:00-10:10)
The Board will consider appointments to the Affordable Housing Advisory Board, Bond Education Committee and Historic Preservation Committee.
