This giant egg hunt has three separate age group hunt areas: 2-4, 5-7, and 8-10.  There will be plenty of eggs for everyone so please bring a basket to collect your eggs!  This event is co-sponsored by the Orange County Department of Environment, Agriculture, Parks, and Recreation, Carrboro Recreation and Parks, and Chapel Hill Parks and Recreation. Egg Hunt Parking

A variety of public parking is available in downtown Hillsborough within easy walking distance to River Park.

Parking 1Free unlimited parking:

Egg Hunt participants are encouraged to park at the Eno River Parking Deck accessible off Margaret Lane or Nash & Kollock Street. Participants can easily enter River Park from the Riverwalk.

Parking 2Free unlimited parking is also available:

Parking lots behind Orange County Government Services Center and the Government Services Center Annex. Street parking is available on West and East King Street and South Cameron Street.

Parking 3Free three-hour parking is available:

Street parking available on Churton Street, West and East King Street, Court Street, and East Margaret Lane.

Parking 4A shuttle is available to transport participants to River Park

The shuttle will run every 10 minutes from 11:15 a.m.-1:45 p.m. from Central Recreation Center (302 West Tryon Street) to River Park.
