Park and Recreation Facilities
The facilities listed below are sites owned and/or operated by Orange County. They are open to the public for activities scheduled by Orange County Parks and Recreation Dept. and as scheduled by other agencies for special programs offered to the community. Most facilities are available for use by private groups and individuals with a rental fee, facility deposit and after completing an application. Please call 919-245-2660, or drop by the Parks and Recreation administrative offices, in the Central Recreation Center at 300 W. Tryon St. in Hillsborough, to schedule facility use at least two weeks in advance.
Efland-Cheeks Park & Community Center
Fairview Park - Expected to go under construction by Fall 2009. Phase I of the Park complete late 2010.
