    Enjoy the sounds of Bourbon St as we celebrate Fat Tuesday with the Decatur Street Beat Dixieland Band. Come dressed in Mardi Gras colors of purple, gold and green and if you don’t have a mask to wear, we will provide you with one. After the performance we will enjoy a hot bowl of Chicken Gumbo, Creole style and traditional King Cake. The center will provide the soup and you bring a dessert to share. Min: 35/Max: 75

    Learn the seven steps to a better posture. Poor posture is one of the most common health problems. It reduces your mobility; increases your risk of falling; can cause headaches; adversely affects blood pressure and mood; constricts breathing and causes muscle imbalances leading to chronic pain - and can even increase your mortality. The clinic will include brief lectures, educational handouts, and simple yoga poses to reverse postural aging. Students will need to be able to get down on a mat.
