Well Repair Fund for the Orange County Landfill Area
The Orange County Board of Commissioners approved the Landfill Area Water Assistance Fund (LAWAF) as a community benefit to people who own property within 3000 feet of the landfill property. This fund was established to provide for repair or replacement of wells in this region that experience failure in water quality or water quantity.
