Human Relations Month Kick-off Event
The Orange County Human Relations Commission will host a Human Relations Month Kick-off event featuring an Interactive Panel Discussion: "Housing and Health Care Disparity: what does it mean for you?" Panelists will be four Public Health Staff members from Duke University and UNC-CH. Residents are invited to share their experience in receiving health care.

Originally established in 1990, the Pauli Murray Human Relations Award commemorates the life and achievements of the late Reverend Dr. Pauli Murray. Dr. Murray’s family had deep roots in Orange County, where her grandmother was a slave and her great-grandfather was a slaveowner
