Outside Agency Funding
Each year, Orange County Government, the Town of Carrboro and the Town of Chapel Hill invite program funding requests, from non-profit providers (outside agencies) that support the delivery of vital community services.
IMPORTANT: If you submitted a FY 2014-15 application package to Orange County Government, but have not received a confirmation email, please contact Allison Chambers immediately at (919) 245-2151. Please note that you will need to provide timestamp verification that your application was submitted by the January 24 deadline.

The Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) approved Orange County's FY 2013-14 Operating Budget, on June 18. The BOCC appropriated $1,069,100 for 41 agencies, an increase of $30,400 above the FY 2013-14 appropriation. This included funding for seven new agencies, which totaled $26,500. See the listing of 2013-14 Funding Allocations.
An agency must report on its performance each quarter (January 15, April 15, July 8), prior to allocation disbursement. Form instructions and submission details can be found in the July 2013 Memo.
