Outside Agency Funding
Each year, Orange County Government, the Town of Carrboro and the Town of Chapel Hill invite program funding requests, from non-profit providers (outside agencies) that support the delivery of vital community services.

On June 17, the Board of County Commissioners adopted the FY 2014-15 Operating Budget and awarded funding to 43 agencies totaling $1,102,600, an increase of $43,500 from the FY 2013-14 appropriation. Funding included $8,500 for new/previously unfunded agencies.
FY 2015-16 Applications will be released in November and due in mid-to-late-January 2015. If you are not receiving 2014-15 Outside Agency funds and would like to be notified when our 2015-16 Funding Process begins, please visit http://bit.ly/1516notification to provide your contact information.
View the list of 2013-14 Funding Allocations. An agency must report on its performance each quarter (January 15, April 15, July 8), prior to allocation disbursement. Form instructions and submission details can be found in the July 2013 Memo.
