Carrboro Branch Art Gallery
The Carrboro Branch Library Arts Program is a non-profit organization associated with the Friends of the Carrboro Branch Library. The Arts Program has transformed the Carrboro Branch Library into a genuine art gallery that has displayed the work of over 1000 local artists over the past 12 years. The Arts Program curates 4 gallery shows a year, each focusing on a unique theme.

Description
This show features an exhibition of launchable rockets and space paintings by Mr. Grigg's McDougle Middle 6th graders and paintings by art instructor Joey Howell.

A rocket launch and art reception will be held on May 14. The rocket launch will be held on the McDougle athletic fields at 5:30pm with a reception to follow in the library.
