- Class B Special Use Permit Application: Proposal to erect a 199 foot telecommunication tower on a 28 acre parcel of property at 1426 Old Greensboro Road further identified utilizing Orange County Parcel Identification Number (PIN) 9768-22-3878 in accordance with the provisions of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). – Anticipated public hearing date before the Board of Adjustment: June 10, 2013
- Class B Special Use Permit Application: Proposal to erect a 199 foot telecommunication tower on a 50 acre parcel of property at 3308 NC Highway 86 North, approximately 660 feet north west of Phelps Road, further identified utilizing Orange County Parcel Identification Number (PIN) 9866-39-130428 in accordance with the provisions of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). – Anticipated public hearing date before the Board of Adjustment: June 10, 2013
