Public Works Mission
The Orange County Public Works Department is first and foremost a service organization. It provides services for both County departments and associated agencies as well as for the citizens of Orange County.
The Buildings and Grounds Division maintains 44 County-owned and leased properties, including grounds, buildings, building equipment and road sign maintenance for state maintained roads. Additionally, the department provides custodial services for county buildings. The Motor Pool Division provides vehicle maintenance and fleet administration for county owned vehicles.
