Summer Camp Registration Feb 2019We have streamlined our in-person registration process. This new registration process will reduce processing time for each registrant and allow registrations in less time than in previous years, which we expect to significantly decrease wait times. Even with this new process, due to the sheer number of registrants we understand that registration is still time consuming and appreciate your patience.

To assist with the new registration process in-person registrants will be required to complete a registration form. You can pick up the registration form during regular business hours, beginning 8:00 a.m on Tuesday, January 22 at the Central Recreation Center.  The form will be made available on Saturday, February 2 as well. In lieu of completing the registration form, online registrants will be required to register for activity Summer Camp Info Questions (Program #: 835304–2019A).

Patrons enrolling into camps in person on Saturday, February 2 with a 25% deposit will be required to make full payment by April 15. Failure to make full payment by April 15 at 5:00 p.m. will result in forfeiture of enrollment and your 25% deposit. On April 16 waitlisted enrollees will be offered your child's space in camp.

Online registration requiring payment in full will be available 24 hours a day beginning 2:00 p.m., February 2 until June 2 or camps are full.

In-person registration requiring payment in full will be available during regular business hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. until May 31 or camps are full.

Refund Policy

On or before April 15, a participant wishing to withdraw from a camp may receive a 75% refund of applicable camp fee. After April 15, no refunds may be given.  Camps are non-transferable; a registration for one child cannot be given to another.  Exception may be made with documentation for academic requirements.
