Household credits or refunds will be processed for all programs canceled due to COVID-19. Anyone enrolled in an impacted program should email Chris Sousa, Recreation Superintendent, at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating whether you would like your fee returned as a household credit for future programs or refund.
After submitting your email request, you should receive a receipt of your transaction (refund or household credit) with 3 to 5 business days.
Household credits can be used for any future program and, if applicable, can be applied to any remaining balances on After School or Summer Camps.
Refunds will be processed based on original payment. Payments made by credit card will be refunded back to the original credit card within 5 to 7 days. Payments made by cash or check will be refunded by check mailed to the address on the household; please allow up to three weeks for processing and delivery.
