Martial Arts (Virtual Program)

Martial Arts provides fundamental and advanced skills in multiple styles from around the world and teaches the principles of Honor. First week is the traditional Japanese style called Shotokan Karate and Boshido (Code of Honor). Next, we will practice some traditional Taekwondo techniques from Korea and artistic Kung-Fu movements from China. Finally, we will put it all together into fun combinations, ancient forms, and self-defense practice, with a little help of Jujitsu, Hapkido, and Aikido. Parents are welcome to join in the activities.
