What types of financial records and related documentation will be required as part of the grant application process?

The Committee shall review and consider the following in determining whether a grant should be made.

  • Financial documents for April 2019 and April 2020 demonstrating revenue decrease due to COVID-19
  • Financial documents can include: point-of-sales reports, bank statements, quarterly sales tax filings, 2019 tax returns, or CPA-certified profit & loss statements.

The reports referenced above should be PDF financial software system generated reports to the extent possible.
